Used for creating perforated paper sign patterns.
Place a sheet of foam under your paper drawing then trace over it with the pounce wheel to create a perforated line layout.
Before using the perforated layout flip it over and rub over the back of it with fine sandpaper to remove the raised nibs created by the pounce wheel.
