Poster contains John King's Block Letter Capitals and Numerals at 3 inches tall in both Hand Drawn and Painted versions. Painted version shows brush stroke order and direction. This poster is made at actual size of the original 3" tall hand painted lettering by John King.

Printed from High Resolution Art Scans of the original pieces hand lettered by John King this quality print shows all individual Brush Strokes as if they came straight off the brush, with Brush Stroke Order & Direction Guides.

Place it under some Tracing Paper, or use a backlit surface such as a light-box or window to use underneath regular paper then practice your lettering over the top with Lettering Enamel, Poster enamel or Water Based Tempera or Acrylic using the correct Brush Stokes and Techniques. Or simply hang on your wall for some typography art decoration!

The original lettering was written Single Stroke with Alphanamel Lettering Enamel using a Letter Art SWKM Series (Medium Length) Size 8 brush using LetterMate proportions.

Recommended to use this same brush with this practice poster or a TWKS Series (Short Hair) Size 8.
